Description
Time for summer and lightweight crocheted garments – including this easy, boxy, soft tee with lots of ease!
Measure out 8-16 inches of ease and you will have the blousy, cool fit of this Sunlit Tee! Working with an extended double crochet stitch, there are no decreases or increases in the body of this top. Only optional decreases in the top of the sleeve, to help the sleeve extension fit a bit better, if in your case you need it. Otherwise, it’s smooth sailing with this easy crochet V-neck pullover for summer.
Designed for adventurous (or even beginning) beginner crocheters, and an exercise of the extended double crochet stitch which fills in gaps and speeds up the creating of your crochet fabric.
There are lots of ways to change up this Sunlit Tee – you can select a DK weight yarn, made from cotton or a blend, or crochet it in a lightweight wool or wool blend OR just make it from a size 3 acrylic – especially the first time you crochet this pattern.
My patterns are not sized for you – they are designed to fit YOU! You decide how much ease you want and how long you want the top, and how wide to make the neckline and sleeves. So, you are the designer with my direction. How does that sound? I have always wanted to design this way, so that my designs will fit anyone and everyone.
Enjoy this easy crochet for summer – the Sunlit Tee!
