Summer is right around the corner (wherever you live in the world, it could be anytime!), and it’s time to crochet a lightweight cardigan to wear over those popular tank tops! Even a light cap sleeve tee will work well with this beautiful design.

Lion Brand Comfy Cotton and Dotted Line were selected to hold together to make this particular interpretation of the Summer Cottage Cardi.

I decided there should be some stitch interest, so I designed triads which run up and down the length of this cardi.

This is a total custom sweater, that is made by you to fit you! Easy measurements will ensure your sweater is the width you want in the front (you might make it wide enough to button in the front, or fall closer to your arm, with little fabric in the front).
