Do you have yarn in your stash that you love, but don’t know what to do with it? Just like you, I had some Vidalana Audine Wool from KnitCrate in my stash–in the deep color of what reminded me of a coral reef. This yarn had a sparkle woven in, so it was perfect to design a casual wrap – offering optional edgings, using up stash yarn and easy as pie to make without stress. The border, crocheted in a contrast silver Vidalana, has plenty of sparkle to match the coral yarn, so they work well together.

You can, of course, use any size yarn and hook to make this wrap.

The construction is super easy and the shape is a long, balanced triangle.

Mine is 6 feet long – the focus of this design is to use ½ of the yarn you choose, and crochet ½ of the scarf. Then, you begin using up the second half of your yarn. This way, you can use any amount of yarn you may have in your stash, and crochet the wrap as long as the yarn allows.
