Bring on the sugar and cream – let’s enjoy some coffee in our new Coffee Break Sweater this spring!

Designed for spring wear (a tank top required), my new Coffee Break sweater is a surprisingly easy make in a size 4 acrylic – I used Cobblestone yarn from Lion Brand in colors Licorice and Misty Rose. A J hook brings it to life, and now it’s ready to wear on those cool-ish days of spring.

Any size 4 weight or even a DK will work — just downsize your hook and you’re in line for the best latte around!

Fun to make, and easy enough for an adventurous beginner! I also include instructions in this pattern for short rows to be added at the back neckline. These can be optional, but they will finish your sweater, make it look professional and keep your sweater from riding back on your shoulders.
