All during the autumn season, I am looking through my wardrobe to find something to keep me warm but not make me too hot – this time of year, vests are perfect to wear – you can wear them over a white blouse, a lightweight turtleneck, a tee, a long sleeved knit shirt – the possibilities are endless. I made my prototype from navy and blues mixed together along with a bit of black, so I could wear this vest anytime with a skirt, jeans, pants, etc. Very versatile!

You can crochet this vest to fit YOU! There are no sizes or stitch counts — It is designed to be crocheted to your measurements, not to a standard size (who of us is ‘standard’ anyway??). Any yarn will do and any size hook. Some edgings are optional to keep your vest very casual or you can finish it off with a contrasting color – again, the possibilities are endless.
